Detached ADUs are the most popular options for ADUs right now, as they offer the most privacy and generally look best on your lot. These ADUs are completed detached from your main home and can be up to 1,200 sq ft depending on your location and lot size. We have several standard floor plans and designs for detached ADUs that you can use as well as fully custom options!
Garage Conversions
Don’t have a lot of room on your property but have a detached or attached garage that you think would make a great living space? We can also help you completely transform your garage into a finished, functional, and fully legal ADU on your property. This is a great option for a small rental space or a space for a parent or child to live nearby but still have their own independent space!
Attached ADUs
Attached ADUs, sometimes called JADUs, are another great option if you want your ADU to blend into your house or if you don't have enough room in your backyard to build a detached ADU.
